While I worked on the entire Sky Suite, my main focus was on SkyCAST, a Network Planning Forecasting System, and SkyPLAN, a Frequency Plan Optimization System.
Amadeus SkyCAST by Optym
SkyCAST forecasts the total network profitability of proposed flight schedules. By simulating passenger choice behavior, SkyCAST explores different what-if scenarios for destinations, flight timings, hub structures, alliances, codeshares and competitive responses. (more)

SkyPLAN determines your airline’s optimal routes and produces a frequency plan that is customized to your airline’s unique objectives while solving for maximum revenue. SkyPLAN’s output can be used on a stand-alone basis or as input for SkyMAX. (more)
My design process
I’d like to use the following 5-Stage Design Thinking model to describe the work I’m doing at Optym. This is the main framework I follow to solve complex problems while creating an effective and intuitive user experience for Sky Suite.

I have also been working passionately on creating and cultivating a culture of design in the organization. My aim to give designers a seat at the table, and ensuring they are heard.
• I have given a company-wide presentation on the importance of UX, along with a fellow UX Designer
• I work with my Product Team to redesign the Product Development Process to include UX at the right stages
• I have conducted ‘UX 101 classes’ for non-designers in teams, in an effort to share and gain knowledge
• I actively organize workshops and ‘inspiration hours’ for the design team
• I also participate in the Recruitment process, to hire junior- and senior-level UX Designers.
